This project is read-only.

The property read only sometimes is ignored and the data can be edited

When I put the property "IsReadOnly" to true it is working, but if I group by any column and then I cancel that action and the grid is not group by any column, and then you can edit the data.

You can replicate this issue in the example included in the source control.

The same problem with the property "IsReadyOnly" equals true, when I hide some columns. After hide or show some columns, you can edit the data.

Can you please  attach sample application ?

You can replicated that issue in the example project that is included in the source. Just set to true the property IsReadOnly, run the example.

In the grid where you add this property, try to group the rows by any column, after that clean the group by and then you can edit the cells.

I figured it out if you set isReadONly at column level its working.

<ExtendedColumn:ExtendedDataGridTextColumn Header="Game Name" AllowAutoFilter="True" Width="100"                                           Binding="{Binding GameName}" IsReadOnly="True"/>
