Would it be possible (using the WPF Extended DataGrid) to have a multiple column in a single header just like on the screen shot?

Directly you cant do that but I had done one trick to show headers that way.
What you can do you can place one more grid in top of the main grid and keep the column in sync with the lower grid.
By sync I mean column width change etc etc.
Hope this comes helpful for you.
I had done this with xceed grid but I feel you can do with this as well.

Hello, Thanks for your fast reply. What do you mean by grid in top of the main grid? Top grid is a Grid or DataGrid?
