First feature, that's cover about 90% of that control feature it's let user to write a custom filter like this:

And if i can giving an advice, you should close the popup on mouseexited events and , not on rowclick (or similar).

We had a misunderstood :)
I think'd a text filter for the datagrid, not for the listbox :)
The goal it's to let user to write custom filter, using your examples while user write "B" datagrid show only

Hi,

I verified the null scenario in current build, I didnt got any exception.
Can you take latest and verify the same?
I am not showing (null) instead of that I am showing nothing.


Please use my latest code base and verify if you are still getting that exception, if yes share me your pilot project.

I've used the current svn version. the null exception are thrown if the data source is an enumerable array.
In your example, if you put students as source and you make a field null. you'll have a crash.:
